Isaac’s Sports Bar & Grill, a new restaurant located at 1671 Hoffman Road in Bellevue, has opened its doors. The restaurant is a collaboration with NextGen Golf and offers customers a unique dining and entertainment experience. The menu features elevated bar restaurant food, including chicken wings, wraps, quesadillas, sandwiches, soups, salads, pizza and popular specials like $5 cheeseburgers on Thursdays and fish fry on Fridays.
The restaurant took over the former space of The Back Nine Pizza & Pub and is an expansion of Isaac Beirne’s successful business ventures. Beirne started out in New Holstein and established a local favorite by offering various activities such as birthday parties, live events and fundraisers. Now he aims to replicate that success by providing quality food, drinks and entertainment options in Bellevue.
The partnership with NextGen Golf enhances the overall experience for guests by offering access to five golf simulators for playing and practicing. Some changes were made to the restaurant’s interior and exterior signage but Beirne believes that the menu will be the biggest draw for customers. He emphasizes the importance of offering an exceptional dining experience with commitment to fast, quality food and personable service.
Operating hours are from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m Tuesday through Sunday with potential changes during football season.
