Tesem Unveils Revolutionary BRI&Va Technology to Enhance the Shine of Post Consumer Recycled Aluminium and Promote Sustainability in the Beauty Industry

Introducing Tesem Group’s groundbreaking shine technology for recycled aluminium

Tesem Group, a leader in aluminium beauty packaging, has unveiled an innovative technology known as BRI&Va that enhances the shine of Post Consumer Recycled (PCR) aluminium. This cutting-edge technology, developed over two years and currently patent-pending, aims to make PCR aluminium look as luxurious as virgin anodized aluminium.

Tesem’s BRI&Va technology delivers high levels of shine on PCR aluminium, helping brands maintain the upscale appearance of their metal packaging. The advancement also promotes the use of high-content PCR materials, aligning with clients’ sustainability objectives. By replacing virgin aluminium with 20% PCR aluminium, Tesem claims a significant 78.9% reduction in CO2 emissions can be achieved.

The BRI&Va technology is currently in the scaling-up phase and has attracted interest from luxury brand Chanel. Tesem is collaborating closely with Chanel to explore the potential application of this technology in their packaging processes. The upcoming LuxePack Monaco show from September 30 to October 2 will provide an opportunity for Tesem to showcase its latest development at their booth.

Overall, Tesem’s BRI&Va technology represents a major leap forward in the beauty packaging industry, providing brands with a sustainable solution to maintain the glamorous appeal of their products while reducing environmental impact.
