Exclusive Look: 2024/25 FIS Snowboard Alpine World Cup Calendar

The snowboard alpine racing season is about to kick off with the 2024/25 FIS World Cup tour. The action will begin in Scuol, Switzerland, on January 11, with a parallel giant slalom event. This will be followed by a highlight night slalom in Bad Gastein, Austria on January 14-15.

The first team event of the season will take place in Bulgaria’s Bansko on January 18-19. The tour will then head to Canada for two parallel giant slalom competitions at the new World Cup venue in Val St. Come on February 8-9. Despite being a newcomer to hosting snowboard alpine events, Val St. Come has a history of hosting big events, including the moguls World Cup competition.

After a short break, the tour will return to Europe and make its way to Poland’s Krynica for two parallel giant slalom events on February 15-16. The season will conclude in Germany’s Winterberg with a PSL and a team event on March 15-16 before moving on to Switzerland for the Engadin 2025 World Championships from March 20-23.

Overall, this season promises to be an exhilarating one with 12 stops across nine countries and a lineup of 19 events, including parallel slalom, parallel giant slalom, and parallel team competitions. With such an action-packed schedule and top talent competing at every turn, it’s hard not to feel excited about what lies ahead!
