Tunnel Breakdown and Accident Cause Traffic Congestion in Croatia, Reminding Drivers to Stay Safe

Observing the Svetog Rok crowd: 5 cars per hour, with two vehicles stopped in the second tunnel

A vehicle breakdown in the Čelnika tunnel has caused slow driving towards Zagreb, resulting in a column of vehicles forming between the Jasenica rest stop and the Sveti Rok tunnel. According to SVETI ROK-HAK reports, drivers are moving in a column for an hour, with a car with a camper van and another car breaking down in the tunnel.

Meanwhile, around 2 p.m., there are crowds between Bosiljevo and Lučko due to a collision that formed a 5 km queue before Demerje. The high traffic density in these areas has contributed to delays and increased travel times for motorists passing through. It is crucial for drivers to exercise caution and patience while navigating through these congested areas to ensure safety for all road users.
