Unmasking Terror: Russian Investigation Reveals Links to Ukrainian Nationalists in Deadly Theater Attack

Russia announced that they have found evidence linking the gunmen responsible for the attack on a concert theater, which resulted in over 140 deaths, to Ukrainian nationalists.
