On Tuesday, Michigan State welcomed its eleventh player to the 2025 recruiting class with the addition of Aydan West, a defensive back from Gaithersburg, Maryland. West, a mid-3-star prospect, has announced his commitment to the Spartans after considering offers from several power conference teams, including Boston College, Cincinnati, Duke, Maryland, Penn State, Pitt, Virginia, Virginia Tech, Wake Forest and West Virginia.
West is known for his versatility and is expected to bring flexibility to MSU’s defensive backfield. He has the ability to play corner, nickel or safety positions once he begins playing in college. Standing at 6’0″ and weighing 185 pounds, West brings size and athleticism to the Spartans’ roster.
