Vegan Diet: How Tuan Lost 20 Kg and Improved His Health – A Miraculous Transformation

Tuan Ngoc Vo, a 30-year-old makeup artist, has lost 20 kg and become healthier and more confident after six months of becoming a vegetarian. Previously weighing in at 93 kg, Tuan struggled with his love for food and easy weight gain despite trying various methods.

In mid-2023, Tuan started his new journey at 87 kg and achieved a balanced physique and youthful appearance by maintaining a healthy diet and exercise routine. The reason for his switch to a vegetarian diet was to reduce his irritable temper. By consuming two main meals without starch and snacking on vegetables or fruits, Tuan lost 15 kg in just three months.

Tuan’s increased confidence and improved appearance have allowed him to participate more freely in various events. He emphasized the importance of gradual weight loss instead of forcing oneself as it can lead to giving up easily. Currently, Tuan continues to maintain a vegetarian diet while reducing starch intake and exercising regularly to keep his body firm and lean.
