2024 Hotel Expo: Enhancing Guest Experiences Through Technology and Wellness

Hotel exhibition in Dubai showcases 28 national pavilions in June

The 2024 Hotel Expo, organized by DMG Events, is set to take place from June 4 to 6 at the Dubai World Trade Centre. This year’s event will see unprecedented participation with 28 countries showcasing their offerings through national pavilions. Countries such as Belgium, Canada, China, France, Germany, India, Italy, Turkey, the UAE, and Poland will be present.

The exhibition will feature four conferences that focus on the role of technology, sustainability and wellness in enhancing guest experiences. Eileen O’Connell, Vice President of Design and Hospitality at dmg Events emphasized the importance of technology in the hospitality sector driven by evolving guest expectations and trends in wellness and sustainability practices.

A recent industry survey revealed that hotel owners recognize the significance of technology in business success with a majority of guests preferring self-service options to reduce contact. The survey also showed a growing interest among travelers in vacations focused on improving physical and mental health indicating promising growth in the global wellness tourism market.

The exhibition will provide a platform for over 100 experts in the hospitality sector to discuss prevailing trends in the industry through conferences like the Hospitality Leaders and Food and Beverage Stakeholders Forum. The event will also feature exhibitors showcasing products design and technology related to health fitness wellness spas.

Simultaneously an Entertainment Exhibition will take place at Sheikh Saeed Hall 3 in the Dubai World Trade Centre with more than 40 exhibitors expected to attract specialized visitors in the sector. The event will coincide with the Hotel Expo creating an expansive international forum showcasing the latest innovations in the hospitality and wellness sectors.
