33rd Annual Rockville Science Day: A Hands-On Experience for STEM Enthusiasts

Exciting Hands-On Activities Await at Rockville Science Day on April 21

On April 21, from noon to 5 p.m., the 33rd Annual Rockville Science Day will take place at Montgomery College located at 51 Mannakee Street in Rockville. Sponsored by the Rockville Science Center, this annual event is a must-attend for anyone interested in STEM activities.

This year’s event will feature an exciting range of hands-on learning opportunities related to science and technology through games, demonstrations, and activities. Participants can engage in activities such as rocket building and launching, telescope viewing, robotics, exploring backyard wildlife, examining ship models, using microscopes, encountering snakes, learning about Civil War medical practices, coding, math explorations, chemical demonstrations, archaeology, and 3-D printing.

The event will feature exhibitors from notable organizations such as the National Institutes of Health, NASA, National Human Genome Research Institute, National Cryptologic Museum, National Institutes of Standards and Technology
