Amazon Prime Video Job Salaries: What Employees are Paid

Despite the economic downturn in the entertainment industry, Amazon is making a significant investment in content and new hires as it competes with streaming giants like Netflix and Disney+. The company recently listed 255 job openings at Prime Video, with 100 of them based in the US. In its effort to attract top talent, Amazon is willing to pay up to $350,000 for product and tech roles to enhance viewership and advertising.

The job openings at Prime Video span a variety of roles, from program managers to software developers. Salaries for these positions range from $64,200 to $245,000 for digital program managers, $115,000 to $223,600 for software development engineers, and $63,000 to $151,700 for an advertising insights manager. These figures represent base pay and do not include additional forms of compensation like equity and sign-on bonuses.

Overall, Amazon’s commitment to expanding Prime Video and attracting top talent underscores its ambition to compete in the competitive streaming market against established rivals.
