Desiree Toto has joined Ansira Partners, Inc. as Chief Product and Technology Officer. In this role, she will report to CEO Paul Tibbitt and oversee product, engineering, and enterprise information technology for the organization.
Tibbitt expressed confidence in Toto’s leadership abilities and expertise, noting her proven track record in fostering innovation, leading successful transformations, and delivering operational efficiencies. He believes Toto’s contributions will help establish a strong product-based culture at Ansira and strengthen the company’s platform for ecosystem marketing.
Prior to joining Ansira, Toto served as Senior Vice President of Product & Operations at CJ, where she led a global team focused on delivering and implementing innovative products and solutions. She also played a key role in streamlining technical operations to improve efficiency and productivity. Toto’s success in transitioning CJ to a product-led culture was instrumental in the company’s modernization efforts. She holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and studio arts from Clark University.
Toto is excited about her new role at Ansira and looks forward to using her experience to innovate and enhance the company’s proprietary technology. She is eager to lead the product team and drive success for both Ansira and its clients. Ansira is supported by Truelink Capital, a private equity firm based in Los Angeles.
