Arben “Ben” Duka, owner of a drug screening business in Aurora, was arrested by police after a woman accused him of sexually assaulting her following a urinalysis sample. The incident occurred in October and Duka was charged with two additional incidents involving female victims in 2023, both of which were unwanted sexual contact. The Adams County District Attorney’s Office charged Duka with misdemeanors for invasion of privacy for sexual gratification and unwanted sexual contact without consent.
