Billie Boullet, a newcomer to the entertainment industry, has recently received a Critics Choice nomination for her portrayal of Anne Frank in the Nat Geo and Disney+ series A Small Light. Now, she has joined Luke Evans and Milla Jovovich in the sci-fi survival thriller World Breaker. The movie, directed by Brad Anderson, is currently being filmed in Northern Ireland.
The plot revolves around a tear in reality that allows creatures from an alternate dimension to enter Earth and threaten its existence. A father hides his daughter on an island to keep her safe and train her for the upcoming battles. However, with the world on the brink of collapse, there are no safe havens left.
In this film, Boullet will play the daughter of Evans and Jovovich. Mila Harris is also part of the cast. The script was written by Joshua Rollins, and it’s being produced by Martin Brennan of 23ten with support from Northern Ireland Screen. The Exchange is handling international sales rights for this movie, which was introduced to buyers at the European Film Market in Berlin.
Boullet is known for her role in The Worst Witch and is represented by UTA and Curtis Brown Group.
