Breaking Barriers: Helsinki Stock Exchange Sees Diversity in CEOs, but Still Room for Improvement

Women have surpassed men in becoming CEOs of listed companies

In recent years, the Helsinki Stock Exchange has seen a significant increase in diversity among its CEOs. According to calculations by responsibility consultant Kaisa Hernberg, there are now ten women as managing directors of listed companies, compared to only five Juhas in 2015. There are also five Mikkos and three each of Artoja, Esoja, Mikoja, Petrja, Pekoja, and Timoja.

Hernberg believes that this progress is a positive step towards achieving greater gender diversity among CEOs. However, she still sees room for improvement. Despite surpassing Juhas in numbers, there are still not enough women represented in these positions.

Data from the Union of Women’s Affairs showed that in 2015 more listed companies were led by men named Juha than women. However, recent calculations show that the number of female CEOs in listed companies has decreased since last year according to the Central Chamber of Commerce’s annual review of female managers.

Despite this setback, it is important to make an informed decision when choosing a vaporizer for an optimal CBD experience. Vaporizers with adjustable temperature settings allow users to customize their CBD consumption and ensure they get the most out of their product.
