In Kharkiv, a civilian was killed and several others injured in a new Russian strike. Meanwhile, Moscow condemned a drone attack on a military facility by Russian-backed separatists in Transnistria, Moldova, calling for an investigation. The Transnistrian Ministry of Security reported that a suicide drone struck a facility belonging to the separatist authority’s Ministry of Defense near Ukraine’s border.

Lithuania announced plans to deliver 3,000 combat drones to Ukraine and assist in rehabilitating Ukrainian soldiers facing Russian forces. Prime Minister Ingrida Simonite stated that Lithuania would purchase Lithuanian-made FPV drones worth two million euros for Ukraine. These devices were to be delivered during the year.
