Police in Union County seeking suspect involved in robbery at a local business

The Union County Sheriff’s Office is currently on the lookout for a suspect involved in an alleged robbery at the Dixie Mart in Parkers Chapel on May 5th at around 8:50 p.m. According to UCSO, the suspect is described as a white male wearing jeans and a gray hooded sweatshirt, with a mask that may have had stars on it. Witnesses reported seeing the suspect interacting with individuals in vehicles before entering the store. After the robbery, the suspect was seen heading north from the store, passing in front of a church before turning east into a neighborhood.
