Comprise, a leading public-relations and marketing agency, has acquired VisiTech Inc. Founded in 1998, VisiTech specializes in technology public relations, and its acquisition by Comprise is expected to close on May 1. As part of the deal, the VisiTech team will join Comprise, with Lisa Tafolla taking on the role of a strategic business adviser.
Comprise CEO Doyle Albee expressed his excitement about the acquisition, stating that VisiTech’s skills, relationships, expertise, and client base are complementary to Comprise’s existing business. Albee emphasized that the acquisition was structured as an asset purchase agreement with undisclosed terms and that it will bring fresh energy and an expanded service offering to Comprise’s clients.
In a statement, Lisa Tafolla highlighted the success of VisiTech over the years, attributing it to recognizing and hiring excellent people. She expressed her confidence in the Comprise team and emphasized that their clients will benefit from an expanded service offering and excellent care from the extended team.
