Croatian Politicians Tackle Inflation and Allegations of Constitutional Law Violations at International Spring Fair

Jandroković accuses Milanović of violating the law and destabilizing the pre-election period

At the 25th International Spring Fair in Bjelovar, Gordan Jandroković, the President of the Croatian Parliament and holder of the HDZ list for the 2nd constituency, accused Zoran Milanović, the President of the Republic, of breaking constitutional law and causing chaos before elections.

Jandroković emphasized that HDZ will not threaten stability in the constitutional and legal order. He stated that HDZ is prepared to face all challenges and will act responsibly without jeopardizing stability.

Jandroković addressed high inflation rates in Croatia and highlighted the importance of ensuring economic growth, wages, and pensions increase more rapidly than inflation to maintain a positive balance. He reassured citizens that efforts are being made to combat inflation, including freezing prices of certain products.

In addition, Jandroković mentioned that businesses with high profit margins are being targeted by government measures to prevent them from profiting from inflationary situations.
