Delta Air Lines has once again earned the top spot in the J.D. Power 2024 North America Airline Satisfaction Study for both First/Business Class and Premium Economy segments. This achievement marks the second consecutive year that Delta has been recognized in the Premium Economy segment. CEO Ed Bastian attributed this success to the exceptional service provided by Delta’s 100,000 employees worldwide, emphasizing the airline’s commitment to delivering an elevated customer experience.

Delta’s outstanding performance in six out of seven dimensions evaluated, which include the day of travel pre-/post-flight experience, onboard experience, ease of travel with the airline, digital tools, interactions with airline staff, and level of trust, set a high standard in the industry and highlighted the airline’s dedication to exceeding customer expectations.
