Here are some notable funding rounds from this week: Pigment raised $145M in a Series D round, BlaBlaCar secured a €100M credit facility, and Scayl emerged from stealth with €100M in funding for its fintech lending platform.

In terms of acquisitions and mergers, Wakelet acquired Bulb, Easop was acquired by Remote to boost its HR SaaS capabilities, and DI Group from Stuttgart took over a majority stake in finance, baby.
