Exploring the Diverse Paths of Two Experienced Journalists: Carlo Martuscelli and Chris Roush.

Martuscelli is currently reporting on the European economy for Politico

Carlo Martuscelli has recently transitioned to covering the European economy for Politico after previously focusing on health care in Europe. With experience writing for Dow Jones and the Wall Street Journal, as well as working at a media startup specializing in financial technology, Martuscelli brings a wealth of knowledge to his new beat. He began his journalism career by contributing to a local London paper and later studied European social and political studies with a focus on Russian and philosophy at University College London.

On the other hand, Chris Roush has an impressive background in journalism and education. He served as the dean of the School of Communications at Quinnipiac University and previously held the Walter E. Hussman Sr. Distinguished Professorship in business journalism at UNC-Chapel Hill. Roush has a wealth of experience in business journalism, having worked for Bloomberg News, Businessweek, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, The Tampa Tribune, and the Sarasota Herald-Tribune. He is also the author of two notable publications: “Show me the Money: Writing Business and Economics Stories for Mass Communication” and “Thinking Things Over,” a biography of former Wall Street Journal editor Vermont Royster.
