Celebrate Science Day in Wyomissing on April 28 – Immerse Yourself in the Excitement of STEM

The Reading Science Center is excited to host its first-ever Celebrate Science Day on April 28 in Wyomissing. The event promises a day filled with food, music, and roaming science characters, as well as hands-on activities presented by the Reading Science Center, Drexel medical students, and other community partners. Guests will have the opportunity to explore various types of science, including physics, chemistry, botany, engineering, astro physics, health sciences, radiology, agriculture, entomology, herbology and more. With such a wide array of science activities, the event is expected to be fun for the whole family.

The mission of the Reading Science Center is to bring experiential STEM education to the Greater Reading Area. Celebrate Science Day is just another step in achieving that goal. With the support of partners, the event aims to showcase fun and exciting STEM activities in an outdoor environment for the first time. Founder and Board President Jim Cinelli is excited about the opportunity to share STEM with the community through this event.

Celebrate Science Day will take place rain or shine on Sunday, April 28 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m on the grounds of Drexel University College of Medicine at Tower Health in Wyomissing PA . Admission and parking are free for all guests . The students at Drexel University College of Medicine at Tower Health are thrilled to be part of this event bringing science celebration to West Reading/Wyomissing area . Professor Dana Peterson Director of Anatomical Sciences at Drexel University College of Medicine’s West Reading Campus is looking forward to celebrating science with community .
