With the financial support of businessman Alexander Lebedev, Demin was able to turn his dream of living in a plane into a reality by converting the airplane into a stunning hotel in Bali, Indonesia.

The main challenge of this project was not acquiring the old structure, but rather moving and adapting it. Transporting tons of metal to the top of a mountain in Bali was no easy feat, but Demin and his team were able to overcome it. The Private Jet Villa sits on a cliff top overlooking Nyang Nyang Beach, offering breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean from 150 meters above sea level.
