Driver who killed Lev Rubinstein given suspended sentence

As a result of this incident, the prosecutor’s office of the North-Eastern District of Moscow has sentenced the driver responsible for the collision that led to Rubinstein’s death. The driver was found guilty of a traffic violation that caused the death of a person due to negligence. He has been sentenced to one year and eight months of suspended imprisonment with a three-year probation period, and is also banned from engaging in any activities related to driving a vehicle for two and a half years.
