Get Fit and Have Fun: The Edmonds School District Health and Fitness Expo!

Mark Your Calendar: Health and Fitness Expo Coming to Edmonds School District Stadium on May 18

The Edmonds School District is hosting a free health and fitness expo on Saturday, May 18 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the district’s stadium located at 7600 212th St. S.W., Edmonds. This event is open to families and residents within Public Hospital District No. 2, Snohomish County and promises to be an engaging day of health, wellness, and fitness activities for all ages.

The expo will feature a variety of booths that provide nutrition education and opportunities to be active, including the Move 60! Fun Run, track and field events, Bike Blender, obstacle course, interactive vendor booths, and activity demonstrations. Registration for the fun run will begin at 11 a.m., with the run starting at 11:30 a.m. The first 250 kids to register will receive a t-shirt.

Organized by the City of Edmonds Parks and Recreation in collaboration with Edmonds School District Move 60! Organizations that promote health and fitness are encouraged to exhibit at the expo. To participate as an exhibitor, organizations can fill out the registration form found on the Health & Fitness Expo website.
