The World Athletics Relays Bahamas 24, set to take place on May 4-5 in Nassau, will feature multiple global gold medallists such as Noah Lyles, Femke Bol, and the Bahamian stars Shaunae Miller-Uibo, Steven Gardiner and Devynne Charlton. The event serves as the main qualifying event for relay events at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.

Five relay events will be contested at the competition: Women’s 4x100m and 4x400m, Men’s 4x100m and 4x400m, and Mixed 4x400m. Each nation can enter one team per event with a maximum of eight athletes per team. In the mixed 4x400m, a maximum of six athletes (three men and three women) can be entered with one substitution allowed after the first round.

Prize money will be awarded to the top eight teams in each event, with the top prize being US$40,000. Teams that break a world record will be awarded US$50,
