Napa Valley Toys USA, based in California, has teamed up with Franco Manufacturing, a bedding specialist from New Jersey, to launch a new line of character-themed bed sheets and comforters for kids. The collaboration includes the incorporation of night-light technology into the products.
Napa Valley originally developed this unique illumination and heating technology for its NightBuddies plush brand, which was launched in 2015. These plush toys feature glowing eyes that serve as night lights to help alleviate bedtime fears for preschoolers.
Franco Manufacturing has utilized Napa Valley’s patented technology through a partnership facilitated by Cuesta Licensing. The company will be releasing their enhanced bedding collections featuring popular characters such as Snoopy, PAW Patrol, Hello Kitty, Batman, and the Grinch at retailers across North America later this year. In addition to these characters, Franco also features other popular children’s brands in its licensing portfolio including L.O.L Surprise! (MGA Entertainment), Animal Crossing (Nintendo), Disney Princesses and Blue’s Clues & You! (Paramount/Nickelodeon).
