Agricultural Technology Brings Growers, Millers, and Bakers Together in Celebration

The Celebration of Modern Agriculture took place at the National Mall in Washington, DC, US from May 6-8. Representatives of leading wheat and wheat foods groups gathered at the event, including Bill Dumais from the American Bakers Association, Jane DeMarchi from the North American Millers’ Association, Chandler Goule from the National Association of Wheat Growers, Jake Westin from NAWG, and Catherine Miller from US Wheat Associates.

Didier Rosada, a master baker with Uptown Bakers in Hyattsville, Md., displayed bread baked using advanced agricultural technology.
