Sportscar365: World Speed Introduces Second Entry for Conwright and Aliabadi

Jaden Conwright will be returning to compete in the Lamborghini Super Trofeo North America series, joining World Speed’s newly added second entry with Cam Aliabadi for the remaining season. This pairing will race alongside the team’s sister entry of Scott Huffaker and Courtney Crone, who made their debut in the season-opening rounds at Sebring International Raceway last month.

Conwright has a history with World Speed, having received the VMB Driver Development Scholarship in 2014 and winning the Formula Car Challenge FS championship. He then moved on to Pro Formula Mazda competition in 2015, where he finished as the runner-up. In 2022, he became the inaugural recipient of the IMSA Diverse Driver Development Scholarship, leading him to compete in the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship GTD category with Lamborghini squad NTE Sport.

The 24-year-old Californian will be teaming up with Aliabadi, who also has experience in the one-make series after winning the 2021 Lamborghini Pilota Program. Team principal Telo Stewart expressed his excitement for the addition of Conwright and Aliabadi to the WSM team’s roster, highlighting the competitiveness that both drivers bring to the Pro-Am class.
