Jerry Lawler Reports Excellent Health After 2023 Stroke

Jerry Lawler, also known as “The King,” recently shared some encouraging news about his health following his stroke in 2023. In February of that year, Lawler suffered a stroke and underwent surgery. After being released from the ICU, he went home to continue his recovery. Despite facing some health problems in the following months, Lawler made an untelevised appearance in August 2023 during WWE RAW in Memphis. He mentioned in October that he was still in rehab and receiving speech therapy.

During a virtual signing for East Coast Autograph Auctions, Jerry Lawler provided an update on his health and recovery. He expressed that his health is in great condition, mentioning that he recently visited his doctors for his knee replacement and was still dealing with minor difficulties from the stroke. However, he expressed that all of it was improving rapidly.

Lawler was also seen making a pre-taped appearance on NXT TV in November 2023. He played a role in choosing the participants for the Iron Survivor Challenge Qualifiers, showcasing his continued involvement in the wrestling scene despite facing health challenges. Despite these challenges, Jerry Lawler remains determined and positive about his recovery and overall well-being.
