Jennifer Small, a broker at Malone Commercial Brokers in Portland, has recently earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation. She began her career as an intern at the company in 2000 and has since been promoted to broker assistant on the Joe Malone Team after obtaining her associate broker’s license in 2021. Carly Saunders was also promoted to broker assistant on the Joe Malone Team after obtaining her associate broker’s license. Alexia Fornaro received her sales agent license and was promoted from an operations assistant to a broker assistant for the Karen Rich and Cheri Bonawitz Team and for Mike Anderson.

Nickol Daigle, who previously worked in early childhood education and health care, has joined Bar Harbor Bank & Trust as a mortgage loan originator. Before joining the bank, Daigle held roles as a banking specialist and later a virtual digital payment adviser at TD Bank for five years.

Julia Redding, a nursing home medical director for MaineHealth in Augusta, has been appointed to the Avesta Housing Board of Directors. She is also a member of the Maine Prescription Drug Affordability Board and a co-owner of Goodfire Brewing Co. in Portland. Dallas Phillips has been named retail area sales manager for southern New England at UScellular, bringing over 10 years of wireless/sales experience to the role. He initially joined the company in 2014 as a store manager in Scarborough.
