Birrieria Guadalajara in Ontario was closed on April 5 due to insufficient hot water, Jimmie’s Market & Liquor in San Bernardino was closed on April 4 due to a sewage overflow but reopened on April 5, and Tempe House in San Bernardina was closed on April 4 due to a cockroach infestation.
