This deal was brokered by Lucas Keller, the president and founding partner of Milk & Honey, along with VMG agents Adam Heller, Michael Simon, Greg Diulus, and Sammy Spina. With this acquisition, the 15 players represented by VMG Sports will now be part of Milk & Honey’s existing roster of 83 clients.

The legal aspects of the deal were handled by a team of professionals including lawyers from Barnes & Thornburg, representatives from Big Plan Holdings, Pinnacle Bank, and Gold Business Management. This strategic move solidifies Milk & Honey’s position as a leading player in the representation of premier talent in both the music and sports industries.

VMG Sports was known for representing various NFL players including well-known names such as Travis Kelce. With this acquisition, Milk & Honey is expanding its reach in the sports industry to include even more talented athletes on its roster.
