Mayo Clinic Health System introduces round-the-clock care with Primary Care On Demand

The Mayo Clinic Health System has launched a new mobile app called Primary Care On Demand, providing 24/7/365 access to care for patients 18 and older. The app allows patients to receive assessment and treatment for symptoms and conditions such as sore throat, rash, cough, aches and pains, upper respiratory infection, sinusitis, urinary tract infection, and more. Care for children and teens will be available in the future. Currently accessible in Minnesota, Iowa, and Wisconsin.

Dr. David Blair, the medical director of Primary Care On Demand at Mayo Clinic Health System emphasizes that this access to care provides peace of mind to patients. They can see a physician anytime from the comfort of their own homes or wherever they may be. Whether feeling unwell on vacation or at home in the middle of the night, patients know that care is just a few clicks away.

Patients log in to the app using their Mayo Clinic Health System Patient Portal username and password. After answering a few questions about their symptoms
