Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni marked May Day by providing concrete answers to Italians who contribute to the country’s prosperity through their hard work. During a live broadcast on social media, Meloni emphasized the government’s achievements in the labor market, including an impressive increase in employment of over 500,000, record levels of employed and female workers, and a decline in precarious work contracts.

The decree includes a 100% exemption from social security contributions for two years for young people under 35 who have never had permanent contracts.
