RealmOne, a recently launched company, has acquired Torin Consulting, a provider of operations support and software development services to intelligence agencies. This acquisition is expected to help RealmOne establish itself as one of the largest midsized cyber and intelligence-focused contractors in the national security community. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
According to Torin’s co-founders Jaime Shafter and Evan Smith, this move will allow RealmOne to better meet the challenges faced by customers in sectors such as cyber, data science, and automation. With the addition of Torin Consulting to its portfolio, RealmOne is poised to further strengthen its position in the national security market and continue to provide innovative solutions to its customers.
RealmOne was formed through a series of acquisitions supported by Enlightenment Capital, a government market investment firm. The company currently has a workforce of 1,000 employees. RealmOne’s core technology focus areas include data science, advanced analytics, hyper-automation, and commercial software solutions. With this acquisition, RealmOne aims to expand and enhance its portfolio of specialized capabilities.
