Allen, who grew up in Jacksonville, is particularly proud of the townhouses that his company has built in LaVilla. These townhouses represent a major milestone for simple homeownership sales in downtown Jacksonville after almost 30 years without any such sales. The project adds density to the area and includes a partnership with James Weldon Johnson Lift Every Voice and Sing Park.
Despite setbacks faced due to COVID-19 pandemic, progress on projects has exceeded expectations so far. Both Sifakis and Allen believe that this is just the beginning of many more developments in downtown Jacksonville that will continue to transform this vibrant city into an even better place to live, work, and play.
