Revolutionizing Mobile Experience: Samsung’s Galaxy AI Expands to Select Devices with One UI 6.1 Software Update

Samsung has recently announced the expansion of its artificial intelligence, Galaxy AI, for a range of smartphones and tablets. This includes popular devices such as the Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23 Plus, Galaxy S23 Ultra, Galaxy S23 FE, Galaxy Z Fold5, Galaxy Z Flip5, Galaxy Tab S9, Galaxy Tab S9 Plus, and Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra. These devices will have access to the new features of Galaxy AI starting from tomorrow with the One UI 6.1 software update.

Galaxy AI was launched in January 2024 and is designed to enhance user experience by integrating artificial intelligence into everyday tasks like calling and messaging. Antonio Quintas, senior vice president of Samsung Mobile Experience for Latin America emphasized the importance of this innovation in ushering in a new era of mobile artificial intelligence.

The new features of Galaxy AI include simultaneous call translation and an interpreter feature that enables real-time translation of conversations in 13 languages. Users can benefit from writing assistants that simplify the process of deleting and modifying images as well as photo editing tools that make it easier to edit images. Additionally, users can optimize their work and study routines with resources such as a transcription assistant that converts audio into text.
