One of the best ways to ease digestive issues after overeating is through physical activity. Light exercises like walking can promote digestion and prevent acid reflux. It’s essential to avoid lying down immediately after a meal as this can irritate the esophagus lining. Gentle exercise helps food move through the digestive system more efficiently and reduces symptoms of bloating and discomfort.
