According to Seinfeld, the popularity and impact of films have diminished, with people now facing a deluge of content and struggling to keep up.

Seinfeld pointed out that many in the industry are unaware of the declining status of movies, stating, “They have no idea that the movie business is over.” He described this modern era as one of confusion and disorientation, with many in show business unsure of how to navigate the changing landscape.

Despite these challenges, Seinfeld remains optimistic about the future of cinema. He praised the dedication of his collaborators on Unfrosted, a comedy centered around the creation of Pop-Tarts during a 1960s battle between Kellogg’s and Post. The film features a star-studded cast including himself, Melissa McCarthy, and Amy Schumer. Seinfeld wrote the script and serves as a producer on the project, marking his return to feature films after Bee Movie in 2007.
