Trilogy: New Wave, directed by veteran filmmaker Taylor Steele, is set to hit theaters in September. The movie follows the journey of three world-renowned surfers – including Brazilian Gabriel Medina and Australian Julian Wilson – as they travel the globe in search of perfect waves for the new film.

Medina, currently ranked number one in the world, has been a dominant force on the competitive circuit for several years. He has won numerous World Surf League (WSL) events and was named Rookie of the Year in 2014. In addition to his impressive skills on a surfboard, he is also known for his outgoing personality and strong work ethic.

Wilson, on the other hand, is a two-time world champion who has been competing at the highest level since he was just 16 years old. He is known for his versatility on a board and his ability to adapt to any wave conditions. Despite their competitive rivalries, Medina and Wilson put aside their differences to collaborate on this exciting new project.

The trailer for Trilogy: New Wave highlights the intense pressure faced by these elite athletes as they prepare for both competition and Olympic qualification. The film takes viewers on an epic journey across some of the most beautiful and remote locations in the world, showcasing not only their incredible surfing skills but also their deep connections with each other and their passion for life beyond competition.
