The Jets and Corey Davis: A Possible Reunion for the Benefit of Both Teams

Corey Davis in talks with Jets for potential reunion

The Jets are in talks with Corey Davis about the possibility of rejoining the team, according to Robert Saleh. The wide receiver left the Jets in March and has been out of the NFL since August. However, he recently applied for reinstatement, giving him the chance to return to the field.

During his time with the Tennessee Titans, Davis was a valuable member of their offense, recording 66 receptions for 1,028 yards and six touchdowns. If he returns to the Jets, he could once again be a valuable weapon in their offense alongside Garrett Wilson and Mike Williams.

The Jets are interested in bringing Davis back as they look to strengthen their receiving corps. According to SNY’s Connor Hughes, the team is in regular contact with him and their door is always open for him to return. If Davis decides to take advantage of this opportunity, it could benefit both him and the Jets as they continue to grow together on the field.
