T’Vondre Sweat, a former defensive tackle from Texas, has been making pre-draft visits with two more teams this week. According to Ian Rapoport of NFL Media, Sweat will be visiting the Broncos and Chiefs after recent visits with the Titans and Seahawks.
However, Sweat is facing scrutiny for his off-field behavior following a recent arrest for driving while intoxicated. According to a police affidavit, Sweat’s blood-alcohol concentration was 0.105 percent, which is more than 25 percent over the legal limit, after being involved in a two-car wreck in the early morning hours of April 7th.
Prior to the incident, Sweat was considered a Day 2 prospect, but his draft stock may have taken a hit as a result. It remains to be seen how this will impact his draft status moving forward.
