This year, the Wichita County Public Health is hosting its Public Health Fair for the first time since 2019. The event will be held on April 4 from 3 to 6 p.m. at 1700 3rd Street, across from the waterfalls. More than 40 community partners will be present, each with booths set up to offer giveaways, education, and activities for the entire community.
One of the organizations present will be animal services, providing waived adoption fees and free microchipping for Wichita Falls residents. Attendees can participate in games and scavenger hunts suited for all ages at the fair. The theme for this year’s event is “Super Heros, Super Health,” so don’t forget to wear your best superhero costumes for the occasion.
