Armstrong World Industries, Inc. (AWI) has announced a cash dividend of $0.28 per share of common stock. The dividend is payable on May 23, 2024 to stockholders who are recorded as of May 9, 2024. The decision to declare and distribute future dividends and capital allocations will be determined by the Board of Directors based on various factors including the company’s financial position, operational results, and cash flow.
