China Celebrates Young Women Scientists: Dedication, Hard Work, and Pioneering Discoveries

On April 28, 2024, Shen Yiqin, Chinese State Councilor and president of the All-China Women’s Federation, presided over an award ceremony in Beijing that celebrated young female scientists. The event honored 20 individuals and five teams with a special award dedicated to their achievements in the field of science. Since its inception in 2004, the award has recognized 204 outstanding women who have made significant contributions to the scientific community.
