Christopher Blevins of Specialized Factory Racing emerged victorious in the elite men’s Cross-country Olympic (XCO) race at the Mairiporã round of the UCI Mountain Bike World Cup. The US champion secured his win from a substantial lead group in a late final lap attack, marking his second World Cup XCO victory.

Despite a challenging start with a 37th place finish in the short-track event, Blevins turned his fortunes around in the cross-country race.
