Collaborative Resource Fair Empowers Entrepreneurs in Yuma with Valuable Knowledge and Assistance

Local entrepreneurs invited to Small Business Resource Fair hosted by SBDC on Thursday

In Yuma, Arizona, a local non-profit organization is collaborating with other agencies to support local entrepreneurs. The Small Business Development Center (SBDC) at Arizona Western College is hosting a resource fair in honor of “Small Business Week.” During the event, participants can gain valuable knowledge on how to start and grow their businesses.

Crystal Mendoza, director of SBDC at Arizona Western College, stated that multiple agencies from Yuma County would be present at the fair to provide information and assistance to entrepreneurs in the area. In addition to informational tables, there will be brief presentations from various entities on how they can help entrepreneurs succeed.

The resource fair will take place on Thursday, May 2, from 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. at the Martin Luther King Junior Community Center located at the corner of 13th Avenue and Third Street in Yuma. The event is free to attend, and individuals can register online by clicking the provided link.
