The San Antonio Parks and Recreation Department is hosting two exciting Spring Sports Slam Tournaments in basketball and volleyball, and they’re looking for adult participants to join in on the fun. These tournaments provide an opportunity for individuals to form teams and display their athletic abilities.
The basketball tournament will take place on May 18 at 9 a.m. at the Cuellar Community Center located at 5626 San Fernando. On the same day, at the same time, the volleyball tournament will be held at Woodlawn Gym on 1103 Cincinnati Avenue.
Space is limited for these tournaments, so it’s important to register as soon as possible. Registration will close on May 16 or whenever all team spots are filled, whichever comes first. Each tournament has space for eight teams only, so teams are the only ones able to register. Interested participants must be 18 years or older to join.
