Srini Attili named the Executive Vice President of SAIC’s Civilian Business Group

Srinivas Attili, a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital transformation and innovation, has been appointed as the executive vice president of the civilian business group at Science Applications International Corp. (NYSE: SAIC). In his new role, he will oversee the company’s civilian, health, and state and local businesses, which have recently been combined into a single unit.

Attili previously worked as a partner at McKinsey & Company, where he led the development and implementation of digital technologies to drive digital transformation efforts for McKinsey’s clients in sectors such as healthcare, technology, and the public sector. His expertise in this area will be crucial in his new role at SAIC as the company seeks to drive innovation within the civilian sector in order to create sustainable long-term value.

Before joining McKinsey, Attili held positions at Deloitte and IBM. At Deloitte, he led digital innovation initiatives for both commercial and government clients. At IBM, he served as the VP and senior partner of the public sector technology services practice. This diverse background has given Attili a wealth of experience in digital transformation and innovation that he can bring to his new role at SAIC.

Toni Townes-Whitley, CEO of SAIC and a 2024 Wash100 awardee, stated that appointing Attili is part of SAIC’s strategy to drive innovation within the civilian sector in order to create sustainable long-term value. With his expertise in digital transformation and innovation, Attili is poised to make significant contributions to the company’s civilian business group. He will officially start his new role on May 6 and will report directly to Townes-Whitley.
